While this home is well appointed for a family.
Our home sleeps 7 people max. Prior permission must be given for any additional people.
The back yard is not fenced and it backs up to a creek bed that flows around 3 months every year.
The sauna in the backyard is for adult use only. No unattended children allowed inside. The heater gets very hot. Guests assume all risk by using.
Please note the cabin is located at a higher elevation (5800 feet) and the last 1/2 mile access to the house is via relatively flat dirt road. In winter or stormy weather, snow or mud may make it preferable to have all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive.
There is room for 3 vehicles to park in the driveway and additional parking if needed on the side of the house for your toys.
As a cabin in the woods, there is abundant wildlife. In the rare case you ever are disturbed by any critters, please let us know as soon as possible.
Final thing to note - we (the owners) have an RV spot off to the side of the backyard. It is fenced off and separated from the home itself, however we do spend quite a bit of time in our RV home.
